The CNC coal-fired boiler adopts dual chamber four return heat exchange technology, breaking the traditional structure of furnace and boiler integration, separating the furnace and boiler, and increasing the walking path of flue gas in the boiler by three times. A large amount of smoke and dust are burned in the furnace, and the remaining small amount of smoke and dust are naturally settled in the four return process. The use of temperature difference desulfurization and reverse aerosol dust removal technology ensures that the smoke and dust emissions and sulfur dioxide content meet the national environmental emission standards.
